Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Caliga, LLC(“Caliga,” “we,” “us,” or “ our”) software products are billed, cancelled, and refunded.

1. Subscription model

Caliga, LLC is a software company that develops and sells subscription-based access to its software products. Subscription payments are processed monthly or annually. Customers can cancel any active subscription at any time.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, issue refunds for unused portions of a paid period when:

  • You experience a documented technical issue we cannot resolve.
  • You are charged in error (for example, duplicate charges or charges after a successful cancellation).
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Free plans and trials

Free plans and free trials are not subject to refund. If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard cancellation and refund rules above apply from the date of conversion.

5. Changes to pricing

We may update pricing for our products from time to time. If a price change affects your subscription, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation help, email us at hello@caliga.co with the email address used for your subscription, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond within five business days.
